NOTD: Ariel

One of my favourite Disney movies has got to be The Little Mermaid. I saw @justagirlandhernails do an Ariel mani a while ago and knew I had to recreate it. I have eventually got round to it and I absolutely love them!

To begin as always I applied a base coat to all nails. Then on my thumb, ring and little finger I applied 1 coat of Barry M Cotton. On my index finger 2 coats of Barry M Passion Fruit and on my middle finger 2 coats of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Purpelling.

For the gradient I first applied Rainbow Connection Zap Skin Protector around my nails. Then I painted the polishes on a sponge as shown and applied to my nail until I was happy with the result. I used Barry M Mint Green, Green Berry and Kiwi.

Over the gradient I applied Seche Vite and allowed to completely dry ready to apply the vinyl. I used the Twinkled T Mermaid Stencils and applied as shown. Then I sponged over this with China Glaze Give Me The Green Light and carefully peeled away the vinyl.

To complete I added a Shell and Pearl stud from Born Pretty Store to my middle finger. Then finished it all off with a top coat of Seche Vite to all nails.

NOTD: Daisy Chain

I got some new Twinkled T vinyls a few days ago and I just couldn't wait to use these ones!
Love how this has turned out <3

As always I firstly painted a base coat on all nails. Then I appled 2 coats of Barry M Cotton and also a coat of Seche Vite.

I then placed the vinyls on my nails. I used the Twinkled T Daisy Vinyls and applied as shown. I applied it vertically on my thumb and ring finger and horizontally on my index, middle and little finger. I then painted over the middle of the Daisy's with Ciate Big Yellow Taxi. Around the flowers I painted with China Glaze What I Like About Blue. Then I carefully peeled away the vinyl.

To finish I applied a top coat of Seche Vite.

NOTD: Aztec Smoosh

I completely forgot about the #smooshynailsunday over on Instagram last week. So I knew I had to make sure I remembered this week and I'm so glad I did because I love the outcome <3

To start as always I painted a base coat on all my nails. Then as I always do with a smoosh I painted all my nails white with Barry M Cotton.

Then to create the smoosh I used MoYou's XL Marshmallow stamper and dotted the colours on it as shown. I used China Glaze Daisy Know My Name, Lady And The Vamp and Violet Vibes. I then pressed this onto my nail a couple of times until I was happy with how it looked.

I had to enter the #smooshynailsunday without nail art added to my smoosh. So once I had the picture I changed my thumb and ring finger to 2 coats of Barry M Cotton.

On my middle finger I applied Twinkled T Aztec Vinyls as shown. Then I painted over with Barry M Cotton and carefully peeled away the vinyls.

To finish on my thumb and ring finger I added some studs from Born Pretty Store and then added a top coat of Seche Vite to all nails.

NOTD: Lite Brite Heartbeat

I absolutely love the China Glaze Lite Brite collection! So I decided to use 3 of them for this mani.

To begin as always I applied a base coat to all my nails. Then I painted 2 coats of China Glaze Lime After Lime. I also applied a top coat of Seche Vite as I will be applying nail vinyls.

I used the Twinkled T Heartbeat Maxi vinyls and stuck it on my nail as shown. Then on one side of the vinyl I painted on China Glaze None Of Your Risky Business, and on the other side China Glaze I'll Pink To That.

To complete the mani I applied a top coat of Seche Vite.

NOTD: Starry-Eyed for Hello Kitty

I found a few of the OPI Hello Kitty collection last week for under £5 each so of course I had to get them. This is what I came up with using 2 of them :)

As always I applied a base coat to all my nails first. Then on my thumb, index, middle and little finger I painted 2 coats of OPI Look At My Bow! and on my ring finger 2 coats of OPI Starry-Eyed for Dear Daniel.

On the nails painted with Look At My Bow! I applied a coat of Seche Vite and allowed this to completely dry. Then I used She Sells Seashells straight vinyls and applied them as shown. I painted along the middle using Starry-Eyed for Dear Daniel then peeled away the vinyls.

On my ring finger I created a little heart using a dotting tool and Look At My Bow!

To complete I applied a top coat of Seche Vite to all nails.
