NOTD: Cinderelly!

Ever since I got the Uber Chic Beauty Fairytale-01 plate I just had this mani in my head. I love it!

Firstly as always I painted all my nails with a base coat. Then on my thumb and ring finger I applied 2 coats of A England Spirit Of The Moors. On my index, middle and little finger I applied 2 coats of Spellbound Nails Hare-Brained.

All the stamping images were taken from Uber Chic Beauty Fairytale-01 plate. For the Bippity Boppity Boo and the wand I stamped with Models Own Chrome Silver. For the swirly pattern I also stamped with Models Own Chrome Silver. For Cinderella I stamped with A England Spirit Of The Moors, I had to stamp this twice so I used Rainbow Connection Clear Stamper to make sure I lined it up right. For the glass slipper I stamped first with Models Own Chrome Silver then again with Color Club Worth The Risque.

To finish I added a small diamanté stud to the slipper, then applied a top coat of Seche Vite to all nails.

NOTD: Easter Smoosh

If you follow me on Instagram (@danninailnerd) you may have seen that I took part in the #smooshynailsunday last week for the first time. So this week I have taken part again but this time I also added some stamping. Perfect colours for Easter!

To start as always I applied a base coat to all my nails. Then I painted just one coat (which is why it looks a little bit patchy) of Barry M Cotton.

For the smoosh I applied the polishes as shown on the stamper and then pressed it onto my nail, sometimes more than once, until I was happy with the coverage. I used all Barry M polishes, Lemon Ice Cream, Kiss Me Quick, Lap Of Honour and Pole Position. I applied Rainbow Connection Zap Skin Protector around my nail to make clean up easier.

This is the smoosh with top coat applied. I have posted this on my Instagram as my solo shot for the #smooshynailsunday, I have also posted the collage of everyone's together if you want to take a look at it.

I then decided to stamp over the smoosh. They are perfect colours for Easter, so I stamped this design from MoYou London Festive Collection plate 22 using MoYou London White Knight.

To complete the mani I applied a top coat of Seche Vite to all nails.

NOTD: Mini Eggs

Mmmmm Mini Eggs! I do love Easter :)

I applied a base coat to all nails as always. Then on my thumb I painted 2 coats of Ciate Pepperminty, on my index finger Barry M Lap Of Honour, on my middle finger Barry M Lemon Ice Cream, on my ring finger Barry M Kiss Me Quick and on my little finger Barry M Eat My Dust.

To create the speckled egg look I used a dotting tool and randomly applied Barry M Mushroom until I was happy with how it looked.

And to make them look even more like Mini Eggs I applied the Barry M Matte top coat to all nails.

NOTD: Rose Skittle

I woke up this morning and just had this design in my head. Luckily for me it turned out exactly how I wanted. I love them!

To start as always I painted a base coat on all nails. Then on my thumb, index, ring and little finger I applied 3 thin coats of Barry M Kiss Me Quick. On my middle finger I painted 2 coats of Essie Mademoiselle, then over that 1 coat of ILNP My Private Rainbow (X).

On my index finger I stamped these horizontal lines from MoYou London Pro Collection plate 01 using Barry M Silver Foil. I stamped everything using Rainbow Connection's Clear Jelly Stamper.

On my index finger I again stamped with Barry M Silver Foil and also MoYou London Pro Collection plate 01 but this time I stamped the small polka dots.

On my middle finger I stamped the roses on the left from MoYou London Pro Collection plate 04 using MoYou London Black Knight.

On my thumb and ring finger I applied a silver metallic star stud that I got from Born Pretty Store. Then to finish I applied a top coat of Seche Vite to all nails.

NOTD: Pastel Swirl

I found it really difficult to picture this, I did the colours a little too pale I think. The colours do stand out a lot more in real life though so I still love them!
Also I am really loving having my nails more rounded and shorter. I thought I would miss the length, but I think I actually prefer them like this :)

To begin as always I applied a base coat to all my nails. On my thumb, middle and ring finger I painted 2 coats of Barry M Cream Soda. Then on my index and little finger I applied 2 coats of 'Ard As Nails Honeysuckle Bliss in the Lane.

On the nails painted with Cream Soda I applied a coat of Seche Vite and allowed it to completely dry. Then I used Twinkled T's Triangle Cyclone Vinyls and placed them differently on each nail. I used Rainbow Connection's Zap Skin Protector around my nail. Then I used a sponge and did dots of colour as shown, I used Barry M Lemon Ice Cream, Barry M Kiss Me Quick and Ciate Ahoy Sailor. I then peeled off the vinyl and the skin protector.

To finish I applied a top coat of Seche Vite to all nails.
